1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with FluentClaw. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer refunds under the following conditions.
2. Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@fluentclaw.com.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: Starter (free) plan, partial month usage after the 7-day refund window, and custom Enterprise contracts (governed by separate terms).
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
