2. Description of Service

FluentClaw is a platform that allows users to deploy AI assistants powered by OpenClaw on dedicated cloud infrastructure. We provide hosting, deployment, and management services for AI chat bots connected to messaging platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or any content that violates the rights of others.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

FluentClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
